"I am creating what will be the most comprehensive guide to Parkour currently available."

Max Henry is a Parkour athlete and coach based in New York.

A little info from Max about the book:

A backflip while filming with Symbol Syndication in Calgary, Ab.

I started parkour in 2007. I was fortunate enough to be one of the biggest nerds in the parkour community at the time (some things never change) and spent hours a day delving into old forums, translating blogs from French or Spanish, and watching hidden gems on YouTube. This research helped inspire my own journey, and now I'm hoping to use this information to inspire others.

This book is the most comprehensive guide to Parkour currently available. While the original information inside this book will be helpful, the real value of the project lies in the resources it will connect the reader to. I have taken my years of Parkour nerdery and put them into the references, linking the reader to nearly 700 relevant videos, blog posts, articles, and books. The Parkour Road Map, approximately 185 pages long, can be read front-to-back, but the reader will also have access to literally thousands of hours of content through the references. Each of the references adds depth to what the book is addressing, whether it's learning how to kong vault or discussing the effects of fear on our training. In this way, the book has become a road map to the world of Parkour. Reading it front-to-back takes you on the Interstate - it gets you where you need to go. But if you're not in a hurry, you can take advantage of the side roads and visit all the wonderfully obscure linked content.

The Parkour Road Map is being released at a range of prices. The Parkour community has a long tradition of creating quality content that is accessible to all practitioners. In the spirit of this tradition, a free PDF copy of the book is available for practitioners who are unable to afford our priced options. Learn more about pricing by clicking "Order Now" below!
